I took my father here this morning around 1am. He was previously seen here the week before for the same problem. It has gotten worse so we went back. The doctor came in, totally disrespectful. Disregarded my dad’s symptoms. Said he could not do anything in the middle of the night and needs to be follow up with PCP on Monday. If I could give no stars I would. This is absolutely ridiculous. My partner just passed. I want to say thank u for the nurse who put a do no it deserve sign on our door cause we finally got to sleep it was very hard few days and she knew I NEEDED IT SO BAD he finally passed and I don’t remember her name just the compassion. They don’t only take care of patient they take care of their Lund ones to. Thank u and each and everyone of you are in my Prayers

Ignored, Dismissed, and Possibly Racially Profiled I don’t usually review my medical experiences, but after today, I have no choice. Had surgery last week here. Best ever Dr. Melton. After surgery Nurses on 2nd floor ICU and regular 2nd floor, I couldn't ask for better Nurses. They made my after surgery process easier to deal with. Can't thank them enough for everything they did for me.

Was scheduled for a lumbar MRI. The first MRI tech was ok, but I guess took offense when I began asking questions. The second MRI tech was straight up rude. I had to ask her to leave the dressing room so I could change clothes to leave. If you cannot answer simple questions and your response to why is because I said so, NOPE! BYE! There are too many options for Healthcare available. I am not 5 years old and resent being treated as if I was. NOPE! Having worked in patient care what happened to allowing a patient dignity??????
