I recently went back to the same facility and the people are nicer and treat you like a human being instead of another number. The quality of care has exponentially improved. The caregivers are treated me with respect. Their has been a marked improvement in treatment and care. I was told they would have a FedEx box to send a heart monitor back in to save me a trip from my hometown to Lawton.
