I recently went back to the same facility and the people are nicer and treat you like a human being instead of another number. The quality of care has exponentially improved. The caregivers are treated me with respect. Their has been a marked improvement in treatment and care. I was told they would have a FedEx box to send a heart monitor back in to save me a trip from my hometown to Lawton. I was told very sarcastically they did not have a FedEx box and if they were to have any it would be only if they were supplied from Ok... read more
Rude and snarky staff member , “Ariel”, who is answering the phones at the Lawton location needs an attitude check. She is quick to interrupt and gives off an aggressive tone while she talks. Showing a little patience and kindness when patients call for the first time would go a long way.
