I have waited 2 years for this appointment! My pcp refered me two years ago, it took 1 year to get a call back and another 9 months for an appointment because they were booked. I was seen today and loved Dr. Pendergraft. She was worth the two year wait! I loved her and would give her 10 stars, her nurse Nici was great as well! Truly the only reason this practice is still open is because it's tied to Norman regional. When you have to self refer to a different neurologist, it's a good indication it's bad. You will likely never have the same provider each visit, which for PCP or general practice can be OK, but for any neurological issues usually need a dedicated doctor to make sure there are no overlap in treatment or counter treatments being provided. I will give zero Stars if I could. in the first place I had my referring neurologist send a referral they never responded. so after a year I let my referring neurologist know and they sent another referral I have both dates from those referrals. when I finally spoke to a nurse they said they have poor communication with the front desk they admitted that. so long story short they have zero communication skills they do not answer the phone they do not answer emails. I’ve been seeing Dr Christi Pendergaft and PA Denis Aktas since last year of August. They both are sweet kind and concerned. I’ve been able to manage the headaches better since I’ve started seeing Dr. Pendergraft And PA Denise Aktas. Dr. Pendergraft Listens carefully she is thorough She’s efficient She’s compassionate. She will dig deep to find the root. That’s what she’s been doing with me. PA Denis Aktas has a very sweet voice she’s kind listens tries to come up with solutions My experience here has been positive.
