This place was terrible! My daughter suffers from extreme anxiety over medical procedures, and she is in pain from her ingrown toenails on multiple nails. I told them she would likely not be able to do the procedure that day and would need to be sedated. They literally told me to “hold her down” while they numbed her feet, and if need be, during the procedure!! Excuse me?! I absolutely will not hold my child down so they can cut into her feet! Worst experienced ever my appointment was at 10am. Called at 11:10am finally to see the doctor! Came in and just check my feet pulse and waited another hr in the examination room! Waste my time! I walked out from the facility mad! I have other important things to do! Better not charge with anything!
It's alright could be better
Absolutely horrible how management treats and bullies the staff in front of patients. The staff seem uncomfortable.
