This place is a complete disaster from the moment you walk in — or in my case, before I even made it through the door. I had a 3:30 PM first‑time appointment, referred by my doctor. I left work early, drove across town, and pulled into the parking lot at 3:28 PM. Right then, they called asking if I had filled out new patient paperwork — paperwork I never received. Dr Seat is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. I went from constant toe paid due to callouses for a couple of months, to absolutely no discomfort after a simple office visit. Can’t recommend more

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and basic empathy at this office. I have been dealing with significant pain for weeks and was finally supposed to be seen today. Because their confirmation text only listed the facility name and not a specific address, I ended up at the wrong location five minutes away.
