I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and basic empathy at this office. I have been dealing with significant pain for weeks and was finally supposed to be seen today. Because their confirmation text only listed the facility name and not a specific address, I ended up at the wrong location five minutes away. I have never had a better experience. Both doctors are caring and easy to talk to. I first saw Andrea Seat and was healed - had a toe ulcer. In my final checkup I explained about a severe pain and heard a pop in my left ankle. Her husband came in and knew exactly what had happened. A week later I was having a ruptured tendon repaired. My post op visit went great and was told he had never seen anything like what was in my foot. Feeling great about surgery and looking forward to being able to walk again. I had a great experience with Dr. Christopher Seat and his staff. The receptionist was very kind, informative, and personable. I felt welcomed! I was very nervous to address my ongoing toe situation, but Dr. Christopher Seat took the time answer all of my questions/concerns and explain everything. Dr. Seat was very kind, patient/understanding, and informative. Definitely recommend!
Dr. Andrea Seat was very informative, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in my visit. She has a very beautiful and pleasant personality. I am very pleased and satisfied with my visit with Dr. Andrea Seat. The nurse was also professional and the receptionist and office staff exhibited courtesy and professionalism as well. Thanks!
