Client questions about appointments, records, referrals, prescriptions, or any other medical related inquiry must wait 24 HOURS for a return call after leaving a message. There is no bypassing the recorded message. You are instructed to wait 24 HOURS before calling again (and leaving another message). A ridiculously poor choice for a medical business. (Update: I finally received a call back NINE days later.)

I’ve received care from this group of providers and staff for 5+ years. Their expertise, compassion, and accessibility are only three of the noteworthy descriptives that each of them provide to patients and their families. The providers at OAC and OK Family Wellness Center seem to have a joint vision that is truly patient centered.
My family and I have been here a couple times and have had a great experience. Everyone is helpful and friendly and knowledgeable from the front desk to the nurses and the providers.
