Rural Electrical COOP I've always had good experience with OEC. I'll loose electricity sometimes but its' rarely out for long. The crews have always been prompt and courteous. Same for the office. I recommend them if you have a choice, sometimes you do. FYI...Some of the new lines near my place are what gave way in the ice storm while the old stuff across the road held up fine. There's a lesson there.
