I'm giving 3 stars because it is the middle option. This facility, to my understanding, is OCRU. This is a crisis stabilization facility. They keep people safe. Comfort is not their priority as a company, however they haven't shirked leisure entirely. The individuals who work here are trying their best. The system makes the workers adhere to a strict set of guidelines to ensure nobody is injured. I personally can attest to how scary a place like this can be. place needs to be liquidated by the state and reinstated/funds reallocated. absolutely pitiful how little they care and how long they will keep mental patients waiting for care..
At intake, the person that interviewed me put on my chart that I was meth addicted. I have never done that in my life ever.
They stayed having snacky snacks for my always munching self, I started making yogurt with graham crackers crunched over and fresh blueberries on top ever since I left the unit so thanks for that idea. Also I’m 17 days clean so thank you from the bottom of my soul. I can and will overcome this and y’all helped me get to this mindset. Much love!
