This place is a headache. Been getting the run around for several months. Took forever to get the title in the mail. The tag agency said the dealership never transferred the tag to the new vehicle. Dealership says they don’t have to do that and there isn’t anything they need to do on their end. Fast quick and painless.
I had a good experience here when I brought in my car for maintenance. So I suggested it to my husband this time due to that as we were both looking for a Jetta. However, the process we went through was off putting and feels distasteful. So 1 star for that. The paper I was signing showed the car I was buying had 10 miles on it. I asked the financial guy and he said he don’t know and he once handle finance things and ask the agent and manager. The place is a nice place, great location easy to get to. Professional people inside. A mistake was made on the internet pricing. Trent the sales manager fixed the mistake and we got our car! Keon was my sales guy and was very professional as well. They worked with me to get what I wanted and needed. Will keep this place in mind for future cars.
