Experience with staff was horrible I was ignored and wasn’t able to get help vehicle I looked at had several issues staff didn’t help me while I waited over a hour bad enough I drove hour and half away to be turned away worst experience I’ve ever experienced
I recently bought a Taos from Mastria Volkswagen, and the experience was fantastic! Luiz Reyes was friendly, patient, and never made me feel pressured. I was deciding between two vehicles, took time to think about it, came back for another test drive, and ended up choosing the Taos. When I picked it up, it was beautifully detailed. A big shout-out to Bella in financing as well—she made the process easy and was great to work with. From start to finish, it was an excellent car-buying experience!

My experience with this dealership was great . I didn't spend a lot of time there. Car was ready to go. I test drove the car talk to a manager and salesman about the cat and left.
The staff's were so nice and welcoming. Isreal Moreno is such a kind and simple person to deal with. He make everything so easy and nicely. Everything went so fast and perfect. I'm enjoying my precious car. Thanks so much
