A VA clinic is not a a VA hospital. Some have no pharmacy, some do. Expect no cafeterias, just a few snack machines. They have prostetics, a lab, and a xray. Easy in, easy out. Pay attention to your number on the wall led monitor, and your visit should go smooth.
