The name of the company on Google is a bit misleading because they are associated with GFL Environmental. And they are awful. If you are given any other option for trash service, I would go with that option. The cost for service was going to be almost triple what we paid another company before we moved here. And they make you pay quarterly rather than monthly. Oh and if you need to get a refund, they also don't refund you the money they say they are going to refund you. A very dishonest company. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Any time I called with questions about my constant rate increases, I was told someone would get back to me. No one ever called me back. Several of my neighbors were able to successfully ask for discounted rates, and when I asked why my neighbors were able to pay significantly less than me, I was once again told someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. If I could do zero stars I would. They have not picked up our trash in 2 months even though we have paid on time and even a month or 2 ahead. We’ve called several times for them to come out and still haven’t. They refuse to give a refund and apparently do their job. Paying $105 for a service we don’t receive is a bit ridiculous. If any of you have the option to pick a different trash company than this one, I highly recommend going with someone else besides GFL!!!!!

Worst company every!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! They have only picked my trash up once when they were suppose to. Had a different company before they took over and I miss the other company so much.

I am a current customer and since last year, my bill has gone up 40+ dollars per month. When I called them about it, they said they had to recoup their gas cost, but guess what, gas has been back to normal for a few months now and they still aren't lowering their prices. So, as good of job as they do, I can't help but think that we are being taken advantage of on these surcharges. I will be looking for a new company to do business with.
