Efficient, courteous and professional. Understand several changes in near future which I will have to address,i.e. changing business program, relocating, etc.
My 1st appointment last month went fine. Did not meet with Dr. Ellis but 1 of his assistants a nice, soft speaking woman. I told her I did not want pain pills but muscle relaxers for my muscle spasms. I have had several bad experiences with pain management in the past and pain pills do not agree with me, as I have bad reactions with most of them. I am a new patient and was greeted nicely and treated very respectfully. These other posts that say they're horrible and the chairs are old and cracked as well as it smelling....whoever wrote that is completely wrong!!! I am a patient and not an employee who has anything to gain by posting this besides saying the truth so that other patients do get the true experience I've had.
good as long as you don't get hospitalized. I was given pain meds by another dr. while hospitalized and Dr. Ellis dropped me as a patient. I called and told him I was in the hospital, made an appointment as soon as I got out of the hospital and was treated as if I did something wrong, was turned away with no meds and no way to get any.
