I arrived at 3:35 and my room was not ready so I either had to wait another 30 minutes or take a room on the second floor which I always prefer the ground floor I did not want to wait
Vicky hands down provides one of the best customer services we have ever received! It is a lost art now a days. I can see why she’s the GM!
Beer for breakfast that’s what I’m talking about
A great value, great clean rooms and lots of breakfast choices. Was able to take advantage of the exercise room everyday. They also have a pool but was not able to use it this time. Very helpful staff (shout out to Todd as he always greeted us with a warm smile and hello). Perfectly located close to the airport and multiple Resturant choices within walking distance.
Great stay, all around. The room was really nice. The location was great. The noise level was quiet. The only thing I’d suggest is warmer customer service in the front.
