Loved this hotel. Very clean. Great location to the airport & good customer service.
The hotel is clean, and nice. The only thing that is off putting I was asked by the front desk lady “what kind of service animal do you have?” And she asked me 3 times and she’s very aggressive about it. Even if I told her under ADA law she cannot ask me those questions. Then she stopped asking me about it. No apologies or anything.
I'll get to the stay but first a shot out to housekeepings Marialina and Norma. While checking out and leaving our car under the carport these ladies noticed an issue with our tires and made sure to circle back and alert us. They both mentioned we saw your Texas plates and had to say something because of the long drive. We immediately went to get new tires. This small conversation could have possibly saved us from a blow out if not our lives. I cannot thank them enough. Our stay was perfect. We came for the OU and LSU game. ... read more
