I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing. Our shower was leaking into the room below us. When maintenance arrived, he didn't even inspect the shower and instead assumed I had left the shower door open, despite me explaining that the water was leaking from the wall. The front desk clerk then blamed me for the issue and essentially called me a liar. If the shower wasn't the problem, we wouldn't have been moved to another room. Hotel was really nice. Service was horrible. Very rude staff. Where f Did hospitality go. One of our beds sheets were not changed just gross they were crusty and dirty. Pull out sofa sleeper the mattress’s cover was dirty with crumbs and under the sofa never vacuumed and my grandson found a pill. We have a service dog just because came in thru the side door they charged us $75 a night for our animal. Reminds me of why I love marriotts will never rent from this owner for sure. We had ants in our room. They “cleaned” the room and sprayed for the ants. The ants were still there again when we came back that night. Had to wait 2 more days for a manager to get back to us. The soap in the shower was empty. There was no hot water in the shower. It is also in a bad area of town. The guy at the front desk then made me spray for the ants myself and said he sprays for ants all the time as if this was a normal occurrence.
Hello everyone. I have stayed at this establishment for over 4 months now. Few things I have captured over the weeks and now here I am at 11 PM plunging my rooms toilet myself because the staff here told me that’s my option available if I don’t want to use their public restroom on the first floor. Mind you my wife and baby can’t go down every time they need to use the restroom. The art of customer service is gone.
