I'm sorry to give this hotel a 1 star. It is a very nice hotel. After the first night, I was ready to give this hotel a 4 star review. The only reason I would not have given it a 5 star is that the beds are very firm and I like a softer bed. The rooms and very spacious, the hotel is clean and bright, and the staff was very friendly. Stayed in home suite. Was for business. Very comfy and spacious. Full kitchen did not use. Ice maker Freezer was totally convenient, did not have to search the halls for ice.

Disgusting! Room was infested with ants and the staff acknowledged this is a known and ongoing issue. Moving to a different room was not an option as they were fully booked. Their remedy was to hand us a jug of pesticide. No sleep due to ants in the bed. Requested three times for a refund and denied.
