They just don't care, awful experience will try another tomorrow
Left a voicemail back in September to which I received a response asking me to send an email with my information. Did so immediately and never received a response.
All of the nurses and doctors and other staff we met were all great but Nurse Elizabeth was as amazing! She was so bubbly and a joy! My daughter just loved her.
I had my 1st experience with this office when I took in my foster daughter. I won't mention names or talk about our situation but I will say that the people we've gotten to work with have been wonderful. We all know that OU Medical is a teaching facility and this office being associated with OUMC is as well and in my opinion, they are doing a tremendous job with the students and the students do an amazing job with the kiddos...they did with mine anyway. Thank you to everybody involved!
