Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Similar billing experience as others posted on here. Go to the Just Kids that's only a few miles north from here instead of here.
I called today at 5:30 and asked how long the wait was. They said it was 15-20min and to head that way. They failed to mention they close at 6. After getting caught in traffic I arrived at 5:58 and was told they were closed. I said I just called and you said to come. The lady at the door literally shrugged her shoulders and said if you are concerned about your child take her to the ER and shut the door. Kids are not first here.
I have been here more than ten times. Doctors and staff are good but two hours waiting time in a tiny full of coughing sick people change the game. My kid treated for one thing but got infected cold virus by other patients. They need a way bigger space and have to seperate the contagious patients with others like other clinics.
My review was removed. We went here about a year ago, and they refused to see my 1 year old due to her not being vaccinated.
