Went yesterday to the wedding expo at the OKC fairgrounds. There was hardly any vendors. And the few that were there we signed up for of course. And now one in particular is scamming people. Saying we’ve won BUT we have to attend a 2 hour cooking show and listen to the sales pitch and then the “free” stuff we won isn’t even free!!!! You guys need to do better at looking into who you allow to be vendors. Weddings are expensive and us brides to be can’t afford to be scammed. I attended on Sunday 11/19/2023, at OKC Fair grounds in the expo hall, there was hardly any vendors, maybe 30 at most. I walked thru the whole thing in 10 minutes. I was hoping to find a place to help me but my wedding dress and possible venue ideas. Im new to Oklahoma and iwas sure this was the way to find OKC wedding vendors, but I'm afraid it didn't help at all. they had was photographers, travel agencies, a wedding planner, a dj company, 360 photo booths, baking companies, health beauty companies.
