I waited over 8 months for this appointment and left incredibly disappointed. The nurse was great—clear, patient, and professional. But the interaction with the doctor really missed the mark. He asked what my A1C was, which is a normal question to get from any provided. It gives them some helpful insight. Frustratingly Long Wait Times – Not Worth It I had an appointment scheduled at this clinic, but ended up waiting over an hour past my appointment time . What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to be treated like a walk-in? The waiting area was empty and nobody was there , and it seemed like they were overbooking patients just to squeeze in more business. We have had nothing but positive experiences with every provider in the network. Elisa has been amazing and so kind and compassionate with us starting Perry's desensitization. He loves to go see her every time. Would have nothing but positive things to tell anyone about our experiences.
Staff is very helpful and have done a great deal to help me get relief from allergies and asthma. N.P. Elisa Thompson has gone way above and beyond to help me in my treatment and to get to the bottom of what all is truly going on with my body. Thanks for all your help Team!
Dr. Haymore was very good at explaining everything in a way I could understand. He was willing to take the time to explain things at my 7 year olds level too. Rebecca/LPN was great and so patient with my kiddo. She brightens up the room and sets everyone at ease!
