I waited over 8 months for this appointment and left incredibly disappointed. The nurse was great—clear, patient, and professional. But the interaction with the doctor really missed the mark. He asked what my A1C was, which is a normal question to get from any provided. It gives them some helpful insight. I shared it was 6% and opened up about my journey, how I was in denial for years after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes as a child, and how in my early twenties I finally took control. We have had nothing but positive experiences with every provider in the network. Elisa has been amazing and so kind and compassionate with us starting Perry's desensitization. He loves to go see her every time. Would have nothing but positive things to tell anyone about our experiences.
Staff is very helpful and have done a great deal to help me get relief from allergies and asthma. N.P. Elisa Thompson has gone way above and beyond to help me in my treatment and to get to the bottom of what all is truly going on with my body. Thanks for all your help Team!
Dr. Haymore was very good at explaining everything in a way I could understand. He was willing to take the time to explain things at my 7 year olds level too. Rebecca/LPN was great and so patient with my kiddo. She brightens up the room and sets everyone at ease!
I have a TERRIBLE fear of needles, truly. And after being told I needed to get three injections a week before I get to my maintenance phase, I was terrified and anxious beyond belief. BUT the injectors in Edmond are all so nice and comforting every time I come in. They’re patient and understanding of my fear, and know exactly how to calm it. They’re so good at what they do!!! Love this clinic.
