The clinic itself has been fine, but unfortunately, both times I have had to interact with the front desk woman , the experience has been very uncomfortable. She speaks in a very rude and unfriendly manner, even though I have never been disrespectful or unreasonable toward her. I have also noticed that other patients have mentioned similar experiences in their reviews, so it seems this may not be an isolated situation. I had planned on making an appointment, but the woman at the front desk was so rude I changed my mind. I know it’s a crazy concept, but sometimes people new to your clinic walk in and may not know the process. It costs $0 to be polite and helpful

Spoke to more than 1 person on the phone trying to get my items figured out and scheduled and both people were abrupt, short, and had poor customer service skills. Being treated like a number and not a person is not at all what I expected from a professional medical facility.

This is not a walk-in clinic. We had a scheduled appointment. There is zero excuse for a nearly 2-hour wait with no communication whatsoever. My son missed school, I lost work time, and we left with nothing to show for it. If your time and your child's care matter to you, look elsewhere. This practice is more concerned with filling the waiting room than actually caring for patients.

I am so impressed with Dr Atkinson and her staff and nurses! They all took the time to listen and help. Also got into the first appointment extremely fast. Super happy with all service and advice. Thanks everyone!
