I had planned on making an appointment, but the woman at the front desk was so rude I changed my mind. I know it’s a crazy concept, but sometimes people new to your clinic walk in and may not know the process. It costs $0 to be polite and helpful

This is not a walk-in clinic. We had a scheduled appointment. There is zero excuse for a nearly 2-hour wait with no communication whatsoever. My son missed school, I lost work time, and we left with nothing to show for it. If your time and your child's care matter to you, look elsewhere. This practice is more concerned with filling the waiting room than actually caring for patients.

Spoke to more than 1 person on the phone trying to get my items figured out and scheduled and both people were abrupt, short, and had poor customer service skills. Being treated like a number and not a person is not at all what I expected from a professional medical facility.

I am so impressed with Dr Atkinson and her staff and nurses! They all took the time to listen and help. Also got into the first appointment extremely fast. Super happy with all service and advice. Thanks everyone!

I waited over 8 months for this appointment and left incredibly disappointed. The nurse was great—clear, patient, and professional. But the interaction with the doctor really missed the mark. He asked what my A1C was, which is a normal question to get from any provided. It gives them some helpful insight. I shared it was 6% and opened up about my journey, how I was in denial for years after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes as a child, and how in my early twenties I finally took control.
