Our family has used Oklahoma Air Conditioning for years now. They have helped us with a leak and replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit. They have always been very prompt when returning calls and servicing or units. I have recommended this co. To several people and they have experienced the same quality of service. Oklahoma Air is a great company to work with.
Oklahoma Air Conditioning has gone out of the way to meet my service needs. Several years ago, my air conditioner quit working on the 4th of July. The owner Mark was at a party but promptly came to my house and repaired my air conditioner and made sure my system worked. I have worked with the company for 5 years. Would never recommend this company, Getting them to follow up on installations is like pulling teeth, wont return calls even after multiple calls. The company reminds me of the old adage about used car salesman make the sale and once its off the lot its your problem.DONT believe me and pay the price...good luck.
don't use this company they are unreliable and do not do competent work. I had a complete heat and air conditioning system installed, wish I hadn't. They will do an installation and then disappear, the owner will not return calls unless you call everyday to annoy them. The owner admitted they installed a defective thermostat along with other problems and was going to replace but never showed up again. Oklahoma Air Conditioning came to my house this week to inspect my furnace. The technician Ted, did a very through inspection of my furnace. I feel very at ease now that I have had my furnace inspected for the Winter and have a carbon monoxide dector installed. Oklahoma Air has been servicing our heating and air conditioning unit for the past 18 years. Our home was constructed with a duct system that was too small to accommodate the also too small air conditioning system that was installed when the home was built in 1983. I called they came to my house in a very prompt and professional manner, the technician's name was Ted, he explained what he was doing got my air conditioner working. I chose several companies to give me an estimate on a new trane air system. I chose Oklahoma air because they did a better assessment on my house than any of the others that came. They were the only ones who went into my attic to look at the duct work, which needed some updates. On the day of installation, their crew completed the install in one full day...or so I thought.
