I've never done a poor product/service review. But today is a first! My husband took his truck to Okie Express Auto Wash at Memorial and Bryant in Edmond and it ripped a tear in the metal paneling surrounding his antenna. 😳 Initially the employee who he filled out a form with was kind about it. But then he had a follow up call from Jennifer (I don't know her title) and her message was "our policy is clear we don't cover damage to antennas". (Pictured below.) Arianna is doing an amazing job of keeping this facility running like a Swiss watch! The vacuum equipment runs well, the towels and spray bottles with cleaner are always available at each station, and the car wash operates dependably every time my wife and I go there for a 'new car experience!'
