This used to be run by a top notch team who made customer service and satisfaction their objective. Unfortunately now they are rude and do a poor job of cleaning. After 2 runs through my car is still bug splattered and the help was rude and threatening
Nope—auto car washes are notorious for damage. Kenny was great but less can be said of other management. You either admit it and risk fraudsters or risk losing a loyal customer by not admitting fault. So now an angry review when I had requested my membership be cancelled bc of this incident. Still charged after this request…let’s hope this is resolved soon
RecommendedJust an ez way to get a clean car. They have the free vacuums and in minutes you leave with a clean car inside and out.
I got a brand new car 2 weeks ago brand new off the truck wrapped in plastic still! No scratches no dings no nothing! My car is garage kept I brought it to this car wash and it left scratches all over my car some of them one of the guys there got them out the one on the hood is deep and will not come out! The guy told me they just got new brushes so it was probably because of that! I just had to go up there again to try to talk to the owner, he was supposed to call but never did.. My husband frequents this car wash several times a year and usually buys an extra car wash pass for the next time. However, he didnt know that there was an expiration date on those pre-paid passes. The attendant refused to honor the pass because it was "expired" 5 days. Why would there be an expiration date on something you already purchased? After talking with 2 other attendants one finally said he could give him the $6 wash for free. Absolutely poor customer service.
My husband and I bought a new car and decided to take it through this car wash. After pulling out, we stopped to look at it and noticed many minor scratches. When we contacted the management we were told that it’s not possible that it’s from the wash. Today my husband drove up there to show the scratches and was told that it’s probably from a cat or something. Our car is garage kept so that’s not possible. we went from only hand washing our cars to okie Express! gets the car just as clean! management is great!
I have used this car wash on several occasions with no issues. I had an issue with some very minor scratches on the side of my new vehicle about a week ago after a car wash. I assume there was a very dirty car in front of me which may have left some grit on one of the car wash brushes. The staff went above and beyond in taking care of the issue. This is a great example of superb customer care you seldom see anymore. I will continue to use and recommend Okie Express in Choctaw. Thanks again!
