I pay for the monthly pass for cost savings but mostly for the convenience to roll up and get in and out quick and easy. Recently I now have to decline an add on product via the kiosk at every wash. I respect the upsell but every wash is creating a poor experience. Please change this!

I was told I had to cancel my subscription because Okie no longer allows trucks in their car washes. I have been through these washes 100s of times with no issues. Now I have to get this non-removable sticker off my windshield. Better spend your money elsewhere.
The person who guides you in doesn't do their job correctly. Only sprays one side of vehicle. Also they don't dry your car off after like most places
Went to the Okie car wash in Bixby yesterday. While going through the wash, it broke a plastic chrome piece from my Subaru Outback's driver side passenger door handle. I informed the staff and provided my information. I received a call this morning from "Matt" who stated they are liable for loose part bring torn off. This is a 2025 Outback.
