White speckles left all over my black truck. This is awful. Worst wash ever. I need to report this.
Bent a nasty bend on my hood of where the antenna goes. Scratched all down my van, the go through was really rough and jerked my vehicle around. Terrible experience!!! Went to talk to staff and he said they don’t care and won’t do anything about it!!!
They will cause damage to your vehicle and blame you for it. The pictures shown are both driver and passenger side of my car, same acrylic piece. Both brand new and recently put on by the dealership, so it was professional. They said the broken piece sticking up wasnt completely flush with my car and thats why it broke, and they are unwilling to pay for it. I know thats a lie because its brand new. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU VALUE IT!! This place is worthless
