Staff was very professional and very attentive. I had issues receiving meds and Alexandra went out of her way to make sure the matter was taking care of. Over all the atmosphere and environment was very comfortable.
Dr Okezie’s team at Humbke location rocks! They are super professional with great regard for the patients, who are usually cranky, pain-riddled individuals! 😢 Amazing folks!
I have been with Dr. Okezies office now for about 3 yrs. I feel truly BLESSED 🙌🏽 to have him as my Dr! First I want to mention the staff! They are truly the sweetest 💗 n best office staff ever! I have had alot of medical issues and have had to deal with staff that just doesn't care or has a bad attitude, or puts you on hold forever !! Not once have I had any issues with his staff . The staff are all friendly caring and knowledgeable. The time in the office is a bit extended so be prepared to stay awhile. Dr Okezie is wonderful. He seems to care deeply about helping with the issues and gives you choices for your own treatment. I appreciate all of the staff that helped me and took care of me. I am hoping for a complete recovery from back pain!
