I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Aguwa. He truly cares about his patients and providing the best care for your individual circumstances. On my original consult, Dr. Aguwa said I was a good candidate for surgery but we could try to resolve the issue first with PT and Cortisone shots to see if it was possible to avoid surgery. Doctor Aguwa is not just an excellent doctor; he is a super-nice guy! He was very direct in helping me understand my injury, and the options for treatment. He helped me with my permanent back injury by referring me to lots of other treatment providers, because I am not yet a good candidate for surgery. His advice and assistance has helped me enormously.
Dr. Aguwa provided amazing care which alleviated 100% of my disc-related issues in a surprising amount of time. The surgery was painless, easy, quick, and I was back to my daily routine in no time. I honestly find myself forgetting that I ever even had the surgery!
My experience with Dr. Aguwa has been incredibly GOOD and far better than what I had expected. I had several different aliments in my back and spine due to a lot of hard work and natural causes, I suffered for over 12 years because of it. This last year, I became unable to stand or walk without pain or lopsidedness. With a new rate of decline I was now experiencing, I gave myself two more months before I was scooter bound.
