Do not use this firm! They messed up the closing on the sale of my house in fall 2025, leading the State of Georgia to demand from me a tax payment far in excess of what I owed and charge me more than $3k in penalties. Joe O’Kelley - the firm’s leader - does not care to make things right for the very clients who pay his firm’s fees. If your buyer wants to close with this firm, warn them off!
