We had by far the worst closing I have ever experience in my entire career with Jessica L. Larson. The entire experience was actually deplorable, as when we walked in, Natalie at the front couldn’t be bothered to greet us and we had to go to the desk to get checked in. At the desk, we still didn’t get a hello and were coldly asked for our drivers licenses.
