Mrs. O’Keefe has been my provider for the past two years, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Appointments are always timely, with little to no waiting. She takes the time to listen carefully to concerns and is both patient and thorough in her approach. Visits never feel rushed, which makes a big difference in the quality of care. I highly recommended her for anyone seeking a caring and attentive provider.

I was hoping to have a good experience but instead I felt belittled. The receptionist was nice and customer service was good however the doctor did not give me a reason to want to go back. She talked to me like I was a child and she didn't take my concerns serious. Luckily I didn't have a dire health issue because otherwise it would have not been taken care of. I would only recommend if you have absolutely no other place to go.
The only good factor of my appointment was the nurse who was very kind. My husband and I both appreciated her. Otherwise, unprofessional doctor that immediately dismisses your concerns and will make you feel belittled. It took me going to another doctor that actually took my pain serious and ordered labs to figure out the problem I was dealing with.
