They did a garage floor and a pad in front of the garage. 1) Garage floor came out great. Except I thought I was getting sealer on the whole floor because that's what the contract said. Nope. 2) The form they set for the pad was 3" off on my breezeway area. So, when we enclosed the breezeway (10x10) the concrete doesn't line up properly. 3) Spalling and areas of discoloration on the outside pad.
