Great customer service and always responsive to issues that may arise. Very accommodating and friendly. Easy access to storage and nice and clean facilities.

While storage was fine, we moved out well before the beginning of the month, Told them we were moving out, and they still autodrafyed an extra months payment out of our account. We have photos of a cleaned out unlocked storage unit and they refused to refund us.
