In process now with submitting claim, but the inspection was good, they are already helping with a small gutter issue even before getting anything else submitted.
I’ve used OKC Roofers before so when I came home from vacation to water ceiling damage they were my first call! Jeron came out that morning and did a thorough inspection. He found the source of the leak - my AC not roof. But he still got a video so I could share it with AC guy. No cost to me! Appreciate the quality service!
Their representatives were very professional and courteous. They explained everything thoroughly. I was very pleased to do business with them.
Louis came by to do his inspection. He was very honest and quick. We had an inspection done last summer with a different company who told us our roof was in terrible shape. Louis told me insurance probably wouldn’t cover our roof yet due to little damage and the damage that was there would only be considered natural wear. I appreciate his honesty and commitment to the customer. We might not need a replacement yet but I’ll be calling these guys when we do.
Louis did an amazing job!!! Great Company would recommend to everyone.
