I woke up to find my dishwasher out of order this morning and called up Metro Appliance Service of OKC and before I knew it I had the repairman at my house. He quickly diagnosed the issue, resolved it, and kept good customer service skills the entire time here. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reasonably priced, fast, repair without letting some sketchy handyman in your home
Excellent, fast service. They quoted me less than the other companies in my area. The technician was friendly and my washing machine was fixed the same day.
I was very pleased with overall level of customer service i received when i called for service and had to get my fridge repaired. The technician was friendly able to fix my problem seamlessly. The price quote I received before hand was accurate as well. The wait time for the technician was minimal too. I would definitely recommend Metro Appliance Service of OKC.
I had my Fridge stop working on me. I called them up and set an appt and they showed up right on time. They were very friendly and helpful in showing me what the issue was and getting it fixed. They did not mind my kids in there asking questions and they did not seem rushed. I was very happy with the service and will give them a call again in the future with anything i might need.
Called on a Friday to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I was told that they would be by the house between 11a.m.-1p.m. They never showed up, they never called to tell me that they were not going to show up, nothing. they say that they are 24hrs. but still cant make an appointment with a 3 day advaned notice. i recomend that you call someone else. Very unprofessional.
