I felt very good selling to this investment company. There was a lot I did not want to do with this house and they bought the house at a fair price and took over all of the problems that would have had to be addressed so I didn’t have too. I felt that a honest company bought the house and will turn the house into a family home for someone else at an honest price also.

My wife and I were looking to retire early, keeping our house was not in the plans. Fixing up the house would have cost money, and more importantly time.
