Homeowner breaching contract coming over unannounced to pressure us to hire a certain gardeners. Homeowner also would just walk in the backyard unannounced. Plumbing issues (shower not in operational use) not resolved for 6 months, which was also a breach of contract. Bob is a joke and the employees are like dealing with the DMV, they don’t care....
NIGHTMARE! I moved in 10 days ago and 3 of those days NO heat or air. The sent a "handy-man" to RIG the wiring. Called fire dept and fire Marshall who said they are at fault JOHN who wouldn't give his last name told me the fire depth ALWAYS say things are bad! I'm contacting an attorney!! DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM
