I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bruce and his amazing nurse, Rachell (apologies if I spelled that wrong!). I’ve been to their office multiple times, and every single visit has been a consistently positive experience. They are both incredibly kind, caring, and thorough—always taking the time to listen, address any concerns, and make sure I feel comfortable and informed. My second visit to this facility to see Dr Orr with MUSC Health. Clean and modern facility. The staff at Suite #230 is kind and professional. Recommend highly.
I had an issue when I went there for blood work this morning. I believe Quest Diagnostics does lab services there. I was getting routine lab work done that I have done every year. The phlebotomist told me one of the test ordered was rejected by my Medicare carrier. If I wanted the test it would cost me over $200. I declined the test. When I called Aetna they didn’t know what I was talking about and said I was covered 100%. Tried calling the lab services at this location and of course nobody answered.
