Gosh, such a bad experience on the phone.... I was mentioning that I got referred to this clinic by two different doctors, and I got rebooked with a female Dr which I didn't remember the name at the time. the person on the saying over again " we don't have any female doctors" but Dr. Wendy Ming is what?".... seriously. nonsense, and rude!
Wait time to get in is long however my experience once I had my first appointment was great. They called a couple weeks before to change my appointment to do the small surgery same day rather than just a consult and then having to come back. Dr. Ming was friendly and explained everything really well. Procedure was done quickly and I am very happy with it. Would recommend Dr Ming.
Amazing isn’t even close to my experiences here over the last 3 years. So many ocular issues stacked on me. Dr. Yap. Wouldn't give up. He got my treatments. Surgeries. Appointments. All in record time for Kelowna. He's incredible. And thorough. Staff always great. Never a long wait. Now they have Wendy Ming eyelid surgeries. Etc. Everything under one roof. Thanks for being so dedicated

This is an assembly line. Check in, Hall 2 for technician, Hall 4 for a different technician and test and if lucky you see the MD. That said, efficient and technicians know what they are doing.
