The office staff were very friendly and super helpful. I was expecting them to simply intake and process the paperwork. The team member (Karen) made sure to educate me about all the steps along the way and provided me with helpful documents.
Very efficient and while there were a few in line, the que system that allows staff to direct you to the correct employee is very effective. Clean facilities with a generally pleasant welcoming service.
This place can get very busy as the north end has grown! Usually knowledgeable and friendly people.
A lot of difficulty and run around.
