My first visit with Dr Conrad was several years ago with my Persian baby Priscilla. I had just returned from deployment and my baby was sick. My regular vet had no appts and rudely referred me to the emergency vet which wouldn’t be open for several more hours. Absolutely LOVE this place. I have been taking my dogs here for about 6 years. They know us and remember my babies each time we come in. When my oldest passed, we actually received a condolence card in the mail individually signed by each person in the clinic. My heart melted. I would never go anywhere else if I could help it

Dr.Conrad and her staff are incredible! They are always educating and encouraging to pet parents, no matter the condition of their pet! They are so attentive to every detail and to any concerns I have as a fur-mama. Dr.Conrad has even been known to make after-hours calls to check in on our “kids” and discuss any treatment plans (AKA kidney failure in our ridgeback, severe allergies with our mastiff). We love the care and comfort that we receive from the Okaloosa Animal Clinic!
