Dr. Okafor and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Okafor always listens carefully to my health concerns and recommends healthy habits before loading you with medication. He is efficient and I feel confident in his care.
Dr. Okafor and his staff Melva are very rude and thinks your stupid. Very inconsiderate about your concerns and that time. It appears the main goal is to bill the insurance companies and not help there patients. Long waiting times for anything in office visits no shows for telehealth appointments they show whe. They are ready. I've been seeing Dr. Okafor for about 3 years and really never was to happy with the treatment my husband and I was getting but when covid-19 hit us it was extremely hard to find doctors excepting new ... read more
I have been trying for over a month to get a copy of my medical file and my new Dr. has requested copies of my file twice now and I continue to get excuses from the ladies in the front office as to why I have not gotten my records yet. I have been told that the lady that does it is on vacation to their printer is not working. That still doesn't explain why they have not sent my records to the new Dr. I have filed a formal complaint with the Medical Board of Georgia against Dr. Okafor's office
Great Dr. He listens to his patient and always explains what is going on with his patient then details what he will do to resolve the problem. Very compassionate. Will recommend this Dr. to anybody. His staff very nice and courtesy. They treat you with respect. Thank you for taking care of my family.
