Our AC stop blowing cold air around 7pm today, which is Saturday. Called 5 to 6 places and only one place responded and willing to come at 10:30pm tonight. Since its weekend he needs to charge $215 just for traveling + whatever that needs fix. I thought it was fine but my wife got hold of OK AC and he would only charge $75 for travel + fix. So, we asked OK AC to come. He came at 10:30pm and found the problem immediately. The battery needs replacement and he charged us $200 for everything. All took about less then 30min. Very professional and honest. If you call him he will try and make time for you. He won't try to screw you over like bigger corporations around the area. He is Korean speaking, understands English but may have trouble on translation. Recommend Mr. Yi.

Our upstairs AC unit stopped working, he came out (hours after he said he would be here) showed up looking hungover, proceeded to work for 15-20 min both outside and in our attic, only to tell me that we need to replace our air filters (keep in mind we had done this just a couple weeks prior). We paid $400. The next day, the upstairs still had no AC, he came out again to tell us a part wasn’t working and wanted $1500 to fix it. Worthless, useless man, don’t use this business.
