The moment I stepped in I was greeted and was helped very quickly. After checking in I was waiting for enterprise to pick me up so I could get my rental but they were taking a while so the oka staff took a bunch of us instead of having us wait longer. The whole staff was very professional. Plus they repaired my 4runner quicker then they estimated.
If you got into a collision, dont bring your car in this shop for an estimate and repair. You risk of all the damages not being repaired/covered ,and take note, first insurance estimate is very crucial. And if you pay damages not covered, the two faced owner is very shady with pricing. Quoted me $600 for two lift gate struts, the next shop I went to only charge me $120 lift gate parts and labor. Total waste of my time🤦 . Dont bring your car to this shop!
