POOR QUALITY, SHOCKING SERVICE, UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE - I bought two Carmargue chairs last year. After about 9 months I noticed they started falling apart (one much more so than the other). I contacted Oka as they were clearly defective and should last longer given the price paid. A week later they replied with contact details for local furniture restorers.
