My friend was told there was nothing wrong with his alternator, even though he was pretty sure there was. This place told him it was only his battery. He was told his alternator was okay, so they only replaced the battery. After being broken down, he now has to pay for an alternator that magically was not okay, and then ANOTHER battery, while having to pay for the tow service, of course.

Driving cross country in our fiat abarth when our warning lights told us low tire. Concerned we couldn't find our rare tire size we called OK tire. Spoke with Mike Dow and our prayers were answered! He had 2 in stock that we desperately needed!! We were in and out in under a hour with two new tires! Great service!! Thank you very much OK Tire! And a huge thanks to Mike Dow!! Super happy with the service I received today. I was greeted as soon as got out of my vehicle and the employees were very friendly and helpful!

We tried to get in earlier in the day, but had appointments to get to and they were honest with us telling us they wouldn’t be able to do it in the timeframe we needed, so they told us to come back even if it was 5pm. We finished our appointments and called at 5:07 they told us to come on in as long as we arrived before 5:30 closing time. They got us in and out in no time and were happy about it!
