Driving cross country in our fiat abarth when our warning lights told us low tire. Concerned we couldn't find our rare tire size we called OK tire. Spoke with Mike Dow and our prayers were answered! He had 2 in stock that we desperately needed!! We were in and out in under a hour with two new tires! Great service!! Thank you very much OK Tire! And a huge thanks to Mike Dow!! We tried to get in earlier in the day, but had appointments to get to and they were honest with us telling us they wouldn’t be able to do it in the timeframe we needed, so they told us to come back even if it was 5pm. We finished our appointments and called at 5:07 they told us to come on in as long as we arrived before 5:30 closing time. They got us in and out in no time and were happy about it! My husband called around 9 this morning and we had tires on our car by 11. No pushy salespeople and everyone was extremely friendly. I would recommend your business to anyone I know that needs new tires!
Good,Quick service, friendly service!! In and out in less time I was told!!
Dropped off chained snowblower tires that needed new tubes. Staff was beyond friendly and chivalrous: knowing their parking area was full at the time I came to get them, Shawn offered to pull my vehicle up while I checked out so that I didn’t have to carry the dirty tires, in the cold, down to where I had parked.
Shawn was great to work with! Highly recommend! New tires in under an hour!
