Poor customer service from auto department to store. Lied to by employees not wanting to work. Customer service could not be bothered.
We made an appointment for 10 am and got in right away. We were stuck waiting for an hour because they parked our car in a garage behind a truck that was getting a battery replaced etc. why are we stuck waiting behind someone that is going to take longer then an oil change? I asked the manager and he blew me off saying nothing and walking away.
Had a flat from off-roading that I needed fixed ASAP as I also use my vehicle for work. They got me in as a walk in and was out the door in less than an hour.
I bought a BRAND NEW tire from here less then a month ago, that has a slow leak..(and no there’s nails or anything in the tire) very disappointing
