OK Tire quite literally saved our butts yesterday. We got a flat tire on our road trip in Dryden, and used the Toyota tire repair kit to get back to the Toyota dealership in Thunder Bay. After spending over an hour at the dealership only to be told our tire was "unrepairable" and there was nothing they could do, we headed over to OK Tire. Called earlier in the week and had tires ordered in and installed same week. Super quick install, and a great price! Will certainly do business with them again!
All the staff are super helpful. At the front desk, the owner named Jesse helped us. He was super polite, being kind and patient. Another staff worker called Courtney, the sales and service person, helped us. She was kind and positive while she helped me and my family. Lucas was the one who worked on our car. He worked with efficiency and care making me and my family feel safe again on our way home to Vancouver.
Very good and supportive service and life savers. I came at closing hour on Friday whole team on hands pulled in and full serviced my car with tire changes as well. Must go for a best service and good environment autoshop
