I'll never take my car anywhere else.. These guys have proven over and over to me that they will not do unnecessary work. You hear stories about mechanics think they can make more money off of women who don't know anything about cars and this place absolutely doesn't do that. I'll never trust taking my car anywhere else. They do great work, They get their parts in super quick and get the repairs done in a very timely manner.
5 stars Norm and the team at OK Tire St. Albert are amazing! Always super accommodating and friendly—no matter what I need, they take care of it quickly and with great service. Really appreciate everything they do!

If you are looking for a place you can trust, look no further. Norm is just as great of a guy as everyone says. I will be a returning customer and recommending them to anyone who needs a mechanic. This has been my third mechanic I’ve seen in the last 4 months and my search for a good, reliable and trustworthy shop is over! Thanks again!
I hate giving poor reviews but google says this place is open at 8am but I got an automated message saying the business is closed. I called back at 9am, nothing. No pick up till 10am. I am very disappointed and I will sadly take my business elsewhere that has actual proper phone times and less grumpy receptionist.
