We had a great experience at OK Tire! While on a road trip, we ran into unexpected tire trouble, but the team here was incredibly honest, helpful, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had us safely back on the road in no time. It's hard to find service this trustworthy while traveling — we’re so grateful for their help! Highly recommended for anyone needing tire repairs or service.
After getting my oil changed, my vehicle was running very poorly as well as having service warnings on my dash. When I questioned them, they rudely told me all they had done was change the oil. After taking my vehicle else where, I was informed that OK tire had actually disconnected some air lines. Getting everything reconnected just cost over $400.00. I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to these hacks.
Recently had my exhaust system repaired and my summer tires installed. Work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Quite happy with the results.
