Based on the excellent reviews, a few weeks ago, I asked OK Tires to check out a wiper issue that I had. Andrew the manager called me - and then told me that there was nothing wrong with the wiper and that they would not charge me (it turns out I was pressing the wrong washer fluid button). With this they completely gained my trust and respect. I have also learned that they are a full service garage - and that 70% of their work is with issues OTHER than tires . I had initially went to OK Tire to do a tire swap from one rim to another. While there, I noticed that they were also a full service auto shop ( I had noticed that my truck had developed a high pitched sound, which I thought could be the power steering pump). The team at OK Tire was able to diagnose the problem and determine that the problem was the two idler pulleys, and not the power steering system ( probably saving me a lot of time and money ). They had me in and out the same day. Again, thank you guys.

Had a leaking valve stem (Didnt know that at the time). Losing air fast! Tried a few places on the way down 8th St. No one had time to help…. Until I pulled in to OK Tire! They squeezed me in and I was on my way in a half hour. Saved my day! Thanks everyone!

Went here for my out of province inspection. The team was great. I called a few different places and checked online and ChatGPT recommended I go here. I’m glad I did. There wasn’t any unanticipated extras as a result of the inspection. They’ve won my trust and I’ll be back.
