So many fake reviews on here. You cant trust any of it
Worst tire store ever! Because they know nothing about tires. Got new tires which wandered, order new ones again, they were wrong ply, ordered again and too aggressive. This took 2 weeks and us driving 140 km 4 times. We can’t wait any longer, we have business to attend to. So we have to drive on the weird wandering tires, which they changed front to back and more pressure in the front ones. This will have to be dealt with later.
Slack service, smug rude behavior they are on thier own schedule and couldnt be bothered will only provide service when it suits them Any other tire store will do.
Our family has valued the service and professionalism of OK Tire for several years. Recently, on the day we were moving out of town with our trailer, I discovered that the plug end of the wiring harness had broken. I called them, explained the problem, they said they would repair it asap. Picked up a new harness from Lordco and within an hour OK Tire had replaced the broken end. Very grateful!
I appreciate this business! Even though it's a popular spot and they are often very busy, their customer service is excellent. Hunter took the time to help me with my problem and it ended up having a very simple solution. He guided me knowledgeably and without coercion or drama.
Took my wifes outlander here for all 3 cat converters and a RR wheel bearing assembly. Was quoted 6.5 hours to do the work so we booked there. Car was scheduled Monday morning at 8:30. By 4:30 I called them cause I hadn't heard a thing. The guy on the phone said it wasn't even close and had no time line on when it would be done. On a Friday afternoon In late September of 2024 I had an unfortunate incident happen with my truck while traveling on Highway 40 near Hinton Alberta. Both of my dual rear wheels on my driver side came off my 2013 Chevy 3500. After calling a couple of other shops I ended up having the truck taken to OK Tire in Hinton. They gave me amazing service. saturday 2024/04/20 1:30 pm and i have a broken valve stem for my trailer tire. the young man working there was very helpful and fixed my tire in no time at all. WOULD RECOMEND THIS SHOP FOR EVERYONE TO USE. great service and great costumer service.
Ok tire in Rimbey Absolute disgusted with my service, brought my 2005 duramax to get winter tires out on they ended up snapping nuts off the studs and then told me they have no tools or mechanic to fix what they did Went to grab my truck and was told there nothing they can do to fix the problem they caused so now have to bring to mechanic shop to fix so do not give ok tire your business absolutely pathetic service great job ok tire keep up the good work
