Went to ok tire to have new tires put on my summer rims and have snows switched out. Was there less then an hour incredible job and service . Definitely recommend .
Thank you very much, we were stuck in Burlington due to flat and the Lug nuts were eroded in my car, but these guys they helped us like no one else, and charged us very fairly. Go with confidence to this store. So honest. Thank you very much!
Went in with an apparent screw in my tire. Was taken right away, it turned out to be just the head of the screw with no puncture. Car was returned without charge - integrity and service, two words not often used these days, OK Tire was great and I would not hesitate to use again.
I called OK Tire recently to get my tires swapped onto a set of new, expensive rims. During the conversation, I was told they would “try their best not to scratch them,” which honestly caught me off guard. In all my years of dealing with tire shops, I’ve never had one pre-warn me that they might damage my rims. When I asked for clarification and mentioned how valuable the rims were, I was put on hold, and then told by the manager to take them to Canadian Tire instead.
