It's really nice to see the correct tools being used to properly tighten wheel nuts, and asking customers to return to retighten lug nuts is a safety plus often overlooked in this busy world. OK Tire fixed a flat while I waited without an appointment, which was very much appreciated. The service for me and other customers I observed was top notch.
Needing Vehicle safety Cert. then be aware! Went in OK tire because the shop was close to where I work. Paid $260 vehicle for vehicle safety inspection, was told have $1600 thing to fix to pass safety, including replacing rear wheel bearing, replace parking brake shoes, etc... Came home checked myself, notice no play in wheel bearing or any noises, looked fine to me, parking brake cable needs to be adjusted as parking brake shoes were recently changed. Ok, see lots of 5 star reviews for this place so here's what they're really like, a while back I came in here to get a specific tire to match the other 3 on my truck because they said they had one, I paid, they took the truck in and replaced a tire, then returned the truck to me...problem was, even though the tire was the same make etc the manufacturer had completely changed the tire ( like a new model car) a total and complete mismatch, can't drive like that, probably illegal, so I told them to take it off and refund my mon... read more
