76$ for a tire patch on a car tire that was dropped off, and it took 3 days. That's 3x more than I've paid at any other OK tire...yikes. **" -The invoice is grossly incorrect in description of work or service dates, thats fraudulent. We are protected by the consumer protection act in Canada, I will go that route.. and in response to your phoning me yesterday, do not contact me again, I vote with my dollars and won't be back to this shop..100 other shops in this town that likely won't be rude or dishonest.

It's really nice to see the correct tools being used to properly tighten wheel nuts, and asking customers to return to retighten lug nuts is a safety plus often overlooked in this busy world. OK Tire fixed a flat while I waited without an appointment, which was very much appreciated. The service for me and other customers I observed was top notch.

Needing Vehicle safety Cert. then be aware! Went in OK tire because the shop was close to where I work. Paid $260 vehicle for vehicle safety inspection, was told have $1600 thing to fix to pass safety, including replacing rear wheel bearing, replace parking brake shoes, etc... Came home checked myself, notice no play in wheel bearing or any noises, looked fine to me, parking brake cable needs to be adjusted as parking brake shoes were recently changed.
