Absolute disappointment dealing with this establishment today. Called yesterday as the last time I was in Jim's getting work done they called after I picked up my vehicle to let me know I should change one of my tires as there was a nail in my tire. Was told to bring it in at 8 am. When I got there the tall guy with the goatie and attitude said he didn't know if they had a tire for my car. Our fleet of little cars seem to attract potholes more than they do pavement, and Jim’s OK Tire has saved me more times than I can count. Whether it’s seasonal tire changes, repairs, or yet another “Sudbury pothole claimed another one,” the team always jumps in quickly and gets me back on the road. John is the best, always a hoot, always helpful, and never even flinches when I show up, yet again, with another flat. Quick and efficient service every single time. Highly recommend!

Call themselves tire shops but don't have tires
It was great service and quick. But, my tire held air until today. It lost pressure like before after being parked for 48 hours. Same issue as before.
